My husband and I have taken several trips to Kauai in the last 10 years, and have often discussed the possibility of retiring here. We realized on our most recent trip, however, that we didn't want to wait until retirement to have a place of our own available when we visit. We found Carol Skon, and from the minute we called her, she was amazing. Within a few days, she'd found several possible properties for us--all within our budget and all properties that we could imagine ourselves owning. She took her time to tell us the pros and cons of each and also recommended people she knew who could help fix any issues we noticed. She really listened.
I expected that once we'd chosen a property, we wouldn't hear from Carol much, but that was not the case. She tirelessly helped us through the sometimes difficult loan process. When the sale finally went through, she cheered right along side us.
