|Eight-week (1/6) ownership where Owners rotate each year for property use time in contiguous eight week periods. Each owner has first choice every six years. However, after the choices are made, the Owners can then trade for time amongst themselves. The Ownership Deed and Title are held in an LLC, a Limited Liability Corporation. Each of the six share owners may sell, rent or convey their share. All costs of operating the condominium are shared equally by the six share owners. Operating costs per share are $2600 in 2012.
